Everyone deserves a place to call home.

We are looking at the types of housing our community needs today--and planning for the types of homes we'll need in the years ahead.

WE NEED TO HEAR FROM YOU!

To plan well for the future, the City first needs a clear picture of what's happening now — what types of homes we have, what's missing, and what people need. The best way to get that picture is to ask the people who live it every day: YOU! What we learn will help guide the City's housing decisions for years to come.

We want to work toward a future where:

  • Families--and generations--are able to remain close to one another
  • Workers that keep Lincoln City running live near their jobs
  • Young adults have an affordable first place of their own
  • Seniors age in the community they love

Why your voice matters:

We know that plans are stronger when they reflect the whole community. Your experience helps us understand what's really going on, and where the gaps are. We especially want to hear from people whose voices don't always make it into these conversations, including:

  • Renters and people looking for a place to rent
  • People who work in Lincoln City, whether or not they live here
  • Seniors and older adults
  • Young adults starting out
  • Families with children
  • People with disabilities
  • People who have struggled to find housing they can afford
